Application A entitled General Water Distribution System Upgrading ; and WHEREAS: The Hoard of Directors has reviewed Environmental Impact Rating Form covering the subject project elements dated September 30, 1976 as prepared by Dan J. Cook, The District's Consulting Engineer; and WHEREAS : The Board of Directors has reviewed the Environmenta} Impact Assessment dated September 30, 1976 that has been prepared in accordance with the District Guidelines and the C.E.Q.A. by Dan J. Cook; and WHEREAS : Based on the above together with the individual and collective knowledge of the Board of Directors the physical, economic and environmental constraints have been duly considered. I NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: i That this Board of Directors finds i (1) The Project will not have the potential, to degrade the quality of the environment or curtail the range of the environment; r^ (2 ) The project will not achieve short-term, to the disadvantage of long-term, environmental goals ; (3 ) The project will have no impacts which are individually limited, but cumulatively considerable; (4 ) The Project will not cause substantial adverse effects on human beings, either directly or indirectly.
