Application A entitled General Water Distribution System Upgrading ; and WHEREAS: The Hoard of Directors has reviewed Environmental Impact Rating Form covering the subject project elements dated September 30, 1976 as prepared by Dan J. Cook, The District's Consulting Engineer; and WHEREAS : The Board of Directors has reviewed the Environmenta} Impact Assessment dated September 30, 1976 that has been prepared in accordance with the District Guidelines and the C.E.Q.A. by Dan J. Cook; and WHEREAS : Based on the above together with the individual and collective knowledge of the Board of Directors the physical, economic and environmental constraints have been duly considered.
