SR 1 APPLICABILITY: This schedule is for Seasonal domestic usage. TERRITORY: All of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District. RATES: Energy Charge: First 600 kwhr or less, payable in advance . . . . . . $30.00 Next 1S00 kwhr, per kwhr . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .03S Over All excess. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .015 SPECIAL CONDITIONS: 1. Service under this schedule must be connected permanently and re- main in the owner's name. If service is discontinued, connection will not be LJI made until the advance and current connection fees are paid. 2. This schedule applies to domestic services that are not occupied as the principle residence. 3. The total advance payment must be received within 30 days after receipt of this schedule assignment. Resolution No. 6930 of this District, January 18, 1972 is hereby amended by changing: ELECTRIC SERVICE CHARGES 3 wire single phase permanent, 200 feet or less $50.00 3 wire single phase temporary, 200 feet or less $50.00 4 wire three phase service 200 feet or less $80.00 i Any needed extensions of the service wire for more than 200 feet will be billed on basis of actual cost of material, labor and overhead involved in such extension. I NOTE: Employee will inform customer before installation.
