That Paragraph 2 (a) of Ordinance No. 64-02 hereto- 15 fore adopted by this Board of Directors shall be and the same is hereby 16 modified and amended to read as follows: 17 That the General Manager having heretofore had his office consolidated with that of Clerk and ex-officio Secretary 18 of this District shall be enlarged and the duties of the General Manager shall now include those of providing electrical engin- 19 eering services, design, field, inspection as to District projects; 20 That by virtue of the increased duties and responsibilities of the General Manager, the salary range applicable to the office 21 of General Manager, Clerk, and ex-officio Secretary, including engineering duties hereinabove referred to, shall be increased 22 to the following: 23 Salary to be not less than $ r per month, nor more than $ 6sn,nn per mont 24 ; 2. That except as hereinabove modified or amended, that the 25 Ordinance hereinabove referred to, to the extent that the same is not 26 inconsistent herewith, shall in all other respects remain in full force and 27 effect. 28 29 3. That the increased salary, commensurate with the increased 30 duties and responsibilities of General Manager as hereinabove referred to, shall be deemed included in and considered a part of the Manager's 31 32 salary for purposes of the Manager's Retirement Plan heretofore estab- lished, under Ordinance No. 71-2 5.
