AND PROVIDING FOR THE SALE THEREOF AT PUBLIC AUCTION ON SEALED BIDS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS: 1. Said Board of Directors does hereby find and declare that the following described real property of said District is surplus , and is no longer needed, and that disposition thereof by sale at public auction for the benefit and best interests of the District; That said real property is situated in the County of Nevada, State of California, and more paaticularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" as attached hereto and by this ref- erence incorporated herein. 2 . That the sale of said parcel shall be at public auction on sealed bids, to be opened, examined, and declared j before this Board of Directors on the 18th day of July 1972, at the hour of 8:00 o' clock P.M. of said day, at the District Office, Truckee, Nevada County, California. 3. That said parcels, each shall be sold to the highest and best bidder, for cash or in the alternative, on terms, in accordance with and pursuant to the instructions to bidders and bid form attached hereto, marked Exhibit "C" , and by this reference incorporated herein, which said bid shall, in the discretion of the Directors, be deemed most beneficial, and to produce the largest return to the District; That as to said parcel , particularly described in Exhibit "A" , and whether the sale be for cash or on terms, there shall be a minimum price of $ 250,000. 00 page 199 CONTINUED--RESOLUTION NO. 7209 That as to said parcel, particularly described in Exhibit "B" , and whether the sale be for cash or on terms, there shall be a minimum price of $ 241,500. 00 4. That said notice of sale shall be made by publication in the Sierra Sun, said publication to be for three issues , and the last publication to be not less than ten days prior to the date of sale; notice of sale shall be in substantial conformity with a copy thereof attached hereto, marked Exhibit "D" and by this reference incorporated herein. Waters I� ABSENT: , TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT by:_ CJV�� JCiy� A , President of the Board of Directors Clerk and ex-offico Secretary page 200 RESOLD WN NO. 7210 AMENDING RESOLUTION 7206 OF 4/4/72 ESTABLISHING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WATER SUPPLY TO MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLINGS: I.E. APARTMENTS, MOTELS, CONDOMINIUMS, SKI CLUBS, LODGES, MOBILE HOMES, ETC. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TRUCKEE- DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS: 1. Upon approval of construction plans by the County, the developer shall pay the District the sum of seventy-five dollars ($75) for each dwelling unit. Ski lodges or clubs shall pay $75 on each separate sleeping unit. This charge is for supplemental source and improvements to the system. This fee is applicable to commercial and privately owned buildings. 2. Where a transmission water line and/or booster pumps are necessitated I to reach the site from the District water line, the developer shall construct such facilities at his own expense subject to District approval. 3. The developer shall install all of the fire service such as fire hydrants, gates, valves, piping, etc. , which may be required by the Fire District at developer's expense. 4. Unless directed otherwise by District, storage tanks and site will be provided by developer. The amount of water required per lot will be defined by our Water Consultant and Manager based on Pacific Underwriters table 6. S. Metering shall be by means of either single service or individual meters according to new rate schedule GS-2, General Water Service, and management decisions. 6. Connection charges in accordance to current rate schedule C-1 will be applicable.
