RESOLUTION NO. 7209
OF THE
TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
1. Said Board of Directors does hereby find and
declare that the following described real property of said District
is surplus, and is no longer needed, and that disposition thereof
by sale at public auction for the benefit and best interest of the
District;
That said real property is situated in the County of
Nevada, State of California, and more particularly described in Exibit
"A' and Exibit "B" as attached hereto and by this reference incorporated
it
herein.
2. That the sale of said parcel shall be at public
auction on sealed bids, to be opened, examined, and declared before this
Board of Directors on the 18th day of July , 1972, at the hour of
r- 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the District Office, Truckee,
Nevada County, California.
3. That said parcels, each shall be sold to the highest _
and best bidder, for cash or in the alternative, on terms, in accordance
with and pursuant to the instructions to bidders and bid form attached
hereto, marked Exibit "C", and by this reference incorporated herein, which
said bid shall, in the discretion of the Directors, be deemed most beneficial,
and to produce the largest return to the District;
That as to said parcel, particularly described in Exibit
"A', and whether the sale be for cash or on terms, there shall be a minimum
price of $250,000.00
That as to said parcel, particularly described in Exibit
"B", and where the sale be for cash or on terms, there shall be a minimum
price of $241,500.00
4. That said notice of sale shall be made by publication
in the Sierra Sun, and other newspapers of general circulation and publication
to be for three issues, and the last publication to be not less than- ten
days prior to the date of sale; notice of sale shall be in substantial con-
formity with a copy thereof attached hereto, mmrked Exibit "D" and by this
reference incorporated herein.

RESOLUTION NO. 72-12
OF THE
TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
DECLARING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO BE
SURPLUS AND PROVIDING FOR THE SALE
THEREOF AT PUBLIC AUCTION ON SEALED BIDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
1. Said Board of Directors does hereby find and

declare that the following described real property of said District
is surplus, and is no longer needed, and that disposition thereof
by sale at public auction for the benefit and best interests of
the District;
That said real property is situated in the County of
Nevada, State of California, and described in Exhibit "A" as
attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
2. That the sale of said parcel shall be at public

1972, at the hour of 8:30 o' clock P.M. of said day, at the
District Office, Truckee, Nevada County, California.
3. That said parcel, shall be sold to the highest
and best bidder, for cash, in accordance with and pursuant to the
instructions to bidders and bid form attached hereto, marked Exhibit
"B" , and by this reference incorporated herein, which said bid
shall, in the discretion of the Directors, be deemed most bene-
ficial, and to produce the largest return to the District;
That as to said parcel, described in Exhibit "A",
the sale shall be for cash, and there shall be a minimum price of
$ 118,000
4. That said notice of sale shall be made by
publication in the Sierra Sun and other newspapers of general
circulation, said publication to be for three issues, and the last

RESOLUTION NO. 72-13
OF
TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEED
ON SALE OF SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of Truckee-Donner Public
Utility District heretofore, pursuant to its Resolution No. 7127,
duly caused to be given and made a Notice of Sale at public auction
of real property, more particularly described in said Resolution,
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution and notice of sale
thereon in accordance with the Notice to Bidders, Instructions to
Bidders, and Bid Form, the District duly received on November 16,
1971, bids for the sale of said real property, and
WHEREAS, the bid of Dr. Keith in the amount of $5,001. 00 was
the highest and best bid received for said real property, pursuant
�-_ to said notice, and
WHEREAS , the purchaser, Dr. Herbert A. Keith, has paid in
full the bid price in the following manner: Payment of an initial
deposit with bid of $500. 10, and subsequent payment of the bid
price in cash in the amount of $4,500. 90, making total aggregate
payment of $5,001. 00:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
TURCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the sale of real property heretofore declared surplus,
pursuant to Resolution No. 7127 of the Board of Directors , and
in accordance with the Notice of Sale, Instructions to Bidders,
�- and Bid Forms, and related documents applicable to said sales
transaction, is confirmed to Dr. Herbert A. Keith, being the high-
est and best bidder for said property, and said purchaser having
paid the full purchase price in cash;
2. That the President is hereby authorized and directed to
duly execute and deliver to said purchaser a Quitclaim Deed

transferring title in accordance with the provisions of the
Resolution hereinabove referred to, and the terms, conditions,
and provisions of- sale, said Quitclaim to be in substantial
_ conformity with a copy thereof attached hereto, marked Exhibit
"A" and by this reference incorporated herein.
3. That upon execution and delivery of said Quitclaim Deed
to the purchaser, said sale shall be deemed concluded, and the
bids of all other purchasers other than the bid and purchase by
Dr. Herbert A. Keith are deemed rejected.
Passed and adopted by the Board of Directors of Truckee-
Donner Public Utility District at a regular meeting thereof
duly called and held in the District on the 16th day of May
1972, by the following vote:
