TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
RESOLUTION NO. 7217
Resolution revising the schedules under which electric service
is supplied.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TRUCKEE-DONNER
PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT as follows:
Section 1. From and after the effective date of this
resolution, electric service shall be applied by this district only
in accordance with the Schedules of Rates contained in the publication
in the District Office entitled: "Schedules of Electric Rates in
Accordance with which Electric Service Will be Supplied, effective
October 1, 1972" .
Section 2 . Copies of all schedules in the publication
referred to shall be made available to customers of the District
upon their request, and the entire publication shall be open to
public inspection in the District Office during regular business
hours.
Section 3. All such schedules may be changed or terminated
at any time by this Board.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect as of
October 1, 1972.
Passed and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Truckee-
Donner Public Utility District this 5th day of September, 1972 by
the following roll call vote:
