Land Donner Pass and 89 MANAGER' S REPORT r RESOLUTION NO. 7220 of TRUCKEE - DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AUTHORIZING FEASIBILITY REPORT BY SIERRA PACIFIC POWER COMPANY ON OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE ELECTRICAL UTILITY OF THE DISTRICT. WHEREAS, Sierra Pacific Power Company desires to undertake a feasibility report and study as related to the management and operation of the electrical services and facilities and utility of Truckee-Donner Public Utility District, and WHEREAS, Truckee-Donner Public Utility District desires that such study and report be undertaken: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TRUCKEE - DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT as follows: 1. That the Sierra Pacific Power Company, at its own cost and expense, is hereby authorized to undertake a feasibility study and report as to possible manage- ment, operation, or control of the electrical system and works of the Truckee - Donner Public Utility District. to . 2. That upon completion of said study and report copy thereof shall be esented to the Board of Directors of the District, it being anticipated that such port will be presented on or about. December 19th, 1972. ATTEST: IM er I Ean ex-o icio ,.5rcretary thereof. r Page 339 RESOLUTION NO. 7221 OF TRUCKEE - DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DEED OF EASEMENT TO COUNTY OF NEVADA BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TRUCKEE - DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS: 1. That said Board of Directors hereby deems it beneficial and in the best interests of the District that said District grant to the County of Nevada, by way of deed of easement, certain rights and privi- leges for road and public utility purposes within, along, and upon that certain real property owned by the District, as more particularly des- cribed in "Deed of Easement" attached hereto and by this reference incor- porated herein; 2. That the President and Clerk of the District are authorized to execute said Deed of Easement for and on behalf of Truckee - Donner Public Utility District, and to transmit the same, together with a copy i of this Resolution attached, to the County of Nevada. Resolution No. 7201, effective November 1, 1972, is hereby amended- DOMESTIC SERVICE - Schedule D-1-A APPLICABILITY This schedule is applicable to domestic lighting, heating, cool- ing, cooking, and domestic power service in single family dwellings and in flats and apartment separately metered by the Utility District. TERRITORY All of Truckee-Donner Public Utility District.
