NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District, that: 1. Upon approval of a subdivision for a single dwelling occupancy by the County, the developer shall pay the District the sum of fifty ($50) per lot, for supplemental source and improvements to the system. 2. Where a transmission water line and booster pumps are necessitated to reach such subdivision, the developer shall pay the District for such facilities. The cost of such facilities and method of payment will be presented to the developer upon presentation of the subdivision map. 3. The developer shall pay for the cost of storage which is 500 gallons per lot. At present the cost of such storage is 12¢ per gallon, and the District may raise this figure if the costs continue to go up. The District shall be the sole judge in deciding on this increase. 4. The location of storage shall be on District property unless the District decides otherwise. If the District finds it more suitable to install the tank on the developer's land, then the developer shall provide suitable land and access road at no cost to the District. S. Metering shall be by means of a single service installed at the property line. The fee for connection shall be billed in accordance to District's costs. 6. Water rates shall be 1,000 gallons at $1.00. 7. A monthly minimum charge to be negotiated when subdivision unit is presented. 8. In some instances, lot owners on high elevations will be required to install their own hydro-pneumatic boosters. This will be pointed out to the developer when he submits the subdivision plans. 9. The developer shall permit the District to extend the water mains on the developer's property to any future consumer that may request water service. 10. The in-tract facilities are to be installed by the Developer without cost to the District, and the Developer, agent or assignee shall be responsible for the maintenance of the in-tract works. 11. Each particular development or contract will be considered on its own merits and shall be embodied in a written agreement between the District and the Developer. 12. Contract to be limited to a term of 30 years. 13. All of the foregoing shall be subject to District rules and regulations. 14. This Resolution is to be regarded as a guideline and subject to change both as to rate and other policies as the Board of Directors may from time to time elect.
