5. Public Comment — This is time set aside for the public to address the Board on any
matter not on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be
addressed at the time that that item is considered.
(The public may comment on any subject that is not on the agenda. Each speaker
will be limited to three minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion
of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any given
subject.)
CONSENT
6. Consideration of Awarding a Professional Services Contract for Executive
Recruitment to WBCP, Inc.
Authorize the General Manager to execute a professional services contract for
executive recruitment services with WBCP, Inc. in the amount of $31,800, plus a
10% change order authorization, for a total not to exceed the amount of $35,000.
7. Consideration of approving an On-Call Services Agreement for Heavy Duty Vehicle
Repairs.
Authorize the General Manager to execute an On-Call Services Agreement for
the repair of heavy duty fleet vehicles with Silver State International, Inc. of
Sparks, Nevada in an amount not to exceed $55,000 for FY23.

Board work session on the above mentioned topics.
