Call to order 2. Roll call 3. Changes to the agenda 4. Public Input - This is time set aside for the public to address the Board on any matter not on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the time that item is considered. (The public may comment on any subject that is not on the agenda. Each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any give subject.) DIRECTOR UPDATE 5. This item provides time for a Director to suggest/request new or previous items for future agendas. (Each Director will be limited to three (3) minutes). CONSENT 6. Consideration of approval of minutes: April 16 and May 7, 2008 ACTION ITEMS (Action item discussions will utilize the following format: (a) staff report, (b) public input, and (c) Board discussion and action) 7. Award of Property and Liability Insurance This item concerns the annual renewal of the District's property and liability insurance. 8. Granting of Legacy Bike Trail Easements This item involves providing easements to the Town of Truckee to allow for maintenance of the Truckee River Trail. 9. Consideration of Scheduling Public Hearings Related to Adoption of Water and Electric Standby Charges. This item relates to holding public hearings to consider renewing the existing water and electric standby charges on vacant parcels in the District 10. Voting for LAFCo: Ballot for Election of Special District Member This item involves casting a ballot for the election of Special District Member of the Nevada County Local Agency Formation Commission. 11 . Approval of Water Supply Assessment for the Railyard Project This item involves approval of a Water Supply Assessment for the proposed Truckee Railyard Master Plan Project. 13. SB1 Solar Program Update and Program Change Review of SB 1 Solar Program application process. WORKSHOPS 14. District Code-Title 3, Finance &Accounting This concerns proposed revisions to Title 3 of the District Code. 15. 2008 Conservation Programs & Marketing Update This item is an update on the status of the District's existing conservation programs. ROUTINE BUISNESS 16. TREASURERS REPORT March 2008 Treasurer Report CLOSED SESSION 17. Conference with real property negotiator pursuant to Section 54956.8 of the Government code.
