WHY THIS MATTER IS BEFORE THE BOARD The Board appointed Coldwell Banker as the District's realtors and the Board needs to extend their contract. 2. HISTORY In March of 2007, the Board appointed Kappy Mann and Jennifer Boehm of Coldwell Banker as the District's realtors as it pertains to the Glenshire Drive property. 3. NEW INFORMATION Kappy Mann and Jennifer Boehm have been actively marketing the property. The Listing Agreement was signed April 30, 2007 and has since expired. 4. FISCAL IMPACT There is no fiscal impact to the District. 5. RECOMMENDATION Extend the Listing Agreement for another six months to expire in December 2008. Michael D.
