Each speaker will be limited to three minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any given subject.) Accept the 2022 Annual Disclosure Report and 2022 Audited Financial Statments Accept the 2022 annual disclosure report and 2022 audited financial statements for the 2015 Certificates of Participation continuing disclosure requirements.
