WHY THIS MATTER IS BEFORE THE BOARD This item involves conducting a public hearing to receive oral and written comments from members of the public regarding the ordinance amending the Miscellaneous Fees Schedule. 2. HISTORY Staff presented to the Board, at the July 1, 2009 meeting, a list of proposed fees (Attachment 1) to be added to the Miscellaneous Fees Schedule so that the schedule is consistent with the previous revisions to District Code. Also attached for your reference, is the existing Miscellaneous Fees Schedule (Attachment 2). The Board scheduled a public hearing for August 5, 2009. 3. NEW INFORMATION The public hearing has been noticed as required by law. An action item to consider authorizing the ordinance amending the Miscellaneous Fees Schedule is scheduled after the public hearing. 4.
