SUBJECT: Elect a President and a Vice President who are serving on the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District as officers for the TDPUD
Financing Corporation.

RECOMMENDATION:
Elect a President and Vice President who are serving on the Truckee Donner Public
Utility District as officers for the TDPUD Financing Corporation
BACKGROUND:
ANALYSIS AND BODY:
Each year, an annual meeting of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District Financing
Corporation convenes to conduct their business, which includes the election of new
officers. Per the Finance Corporation By-Laws, officers shall be a President and Vice
President shall be chosen annually by the Board of Directors and each shall hold office
until the officer's successor has been elected.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

1. Responsibly serve the public.
2. Provide a healthy and safe work environment for all District employees.
3. Provide reliable and high quality water supply and distribution system to meet
current and future needs.
4. Provide reliable and high quality electric supply and distribution system to meet
current and future needs.
5. Manage the District in an environmentally sound manner.
6. Manage the District in an effective, efficient and fiscally responsible manner.
