Call to order 2. Roll call 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Changes to the agenda 5. Public Input - This is time set aside for the public to address the Board on any matter not on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the time that item is considered. (The public may comment on any subject that is not on the agenda. Each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any give subject.) DIRECTOR UPDATE 6. This item provides time for Directors to comment on any item within the purview of the District. (Each Director will be limited to three (3) minutes.) PUBLIC HEARING 7. At 6:00 PM, or soon thereafter as possible, a public hearing will be held for receiving written and/or oral comments from members of the public regarding: Water and Electric Standby Charges 8. At 6:00 PM, or soon thereafter as possible, a public hearing will be held for receiving written and/or oral comments from members of the public regarding: Amending the Miscellaneous Fees Schedule CONSENT CALENDAR (Items may be acted on as a group or pulled from the consent calendar at the request of a Board member, staff member or member of the public, and subsequently acted upon separately.) 9. Consideration of Continuing the Airport Water Tank Emergency This item involves continuing the Airport Water Tank emergency. 10. Consideration of a Resolution Approving Revisions to District Code, Titles 1 through 8 This item involves approval of a resolution to adopt revisions to District Code, Title 1 through 8. Consideration of State Mandated Resolutions for the General Election on November 2, 2010 This involves adoption of resolutions to request election services from Nevada and Placer Counties. 12. Consideration of a Resolution to Update Authorized Signers on District Bank Accounts with US Bank This items concerns updating authorized signers on the District bank accounts at US Bank. 13. Consideration to Approve a Professional Services Agreement with TC Technology This item involves the development of a G.O. Inspection Software. 14. Appointment of a Labor Negotiator This item concerns the appointment of a labor negotiator to negotiate with IBEW. ACTION ITEMS ( Action item discussions will utilize the following format: (a) staff report, (b) public input, and (c) Board discussion and action) 15. Consideration of an Ordinance Amending the Miscellaneous Fees Schedule This item involves amendments to the Miscellaneous Fees Schedule. 16. Consideration of Resolutions Continuing Water and Electric Standby Charges This item involves placing water and electric standby charges on Placer and Nevada County tax rolls. CLOSED SESSION 17.
