Call to order 2. Roll call 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Changes to the agenda 5. Public Input - This is time set aside for the public to address the Board on any matter not on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the time that item is considered. (The public may comment on any subject that is not on the agenda. Each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any give subject.) DIRECTOR UPDATE 6. This item provides time for Directors to comment on any item within the purview of the District. (Each Director will be limited to three (3) minutes.) CONSENT CALENDAR (Items may be acted on as a group or pulled from the consent calendar at the request of a Board member, staff member or member of the public, and subsequently acted upon separately.) 7. Consideration of Continuing the Airport Water Tank Emergency This item involves continuing the Airport Water Tank emergency. 8. Consideration of Scheduling a Public Hearing for Revisions to the Miscellaneous Fees Schedule This involves scheduling a date for a public hearing to consider amending the Miscellaneous Fee Schedule. ACTION ITEMS ( Action item discussions will utilize the following format: (a) staff report, (b) public input, and (c) Board discussion and action) 9. Consideration of the Award of a Contract for Re-roofing the District Headquarters Building This item involves the award of a contract to re-roof the District Headquarters Building. Consideration of the Award of a Contract for Phase 3 of the Water Meter Implementation Plan This involves the award of a contract for Phase 3 of the Water Implementation Plan. WORKSHOPS 11 . Review of 2009 Consumer Confidence Reports (Water Quality Report) This item involves discussion of the required notice to water customers annually describing the District's water quality. 12. Discussion of Possible Revisions to the District Code and the Miscellaneous Fee Schedule This workshop continues the discussion about updates, additions, and clarifications of District Code Titles and the Miscellaneous Fee Schedule. ROUTINE BUSINESS 13. Treasurer Report: April, 2010 a. Approval of the Treasurer's report through April 30, 2010 b. Approval of the Disbursements for April 2010 14. Approval of Minutes for April 21 and May 5, 2010 CLOSED SESSION 15.
