5. Public Input - This is time set aside for the public to address the Board on any matter not
on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the

(The public may comment on any subject that is not on the agenda. Each speaker will be
limited to three (3) minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the
Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any give subject.)

6. This item provides time for Directors to comment on any item within the purview of the District
(Each Director will be limited to three (3) minutes.)

calendar at the request of a Board member, staff member or member of the public; and

7 . Consideration of the Appointment of General Manager as the Labor Negotiator to Negotiate
with the District's Unrepresented Employees
Terms and Conditions of Employment for the Unrepresented Employees of the District.
8 . Consideration of Adopting an Ordinance to Discontinue the Green Tag Program
This item involves adopting an ordinance discontinuing the District's Voluntary Green Tag
Program.
9 . Consideration of the Award of a Contract for the Installation of Audio Equipment in the Districl
Boardroom
This item involves awarding a contract to install new audio equipment in the District Boardroom.

This item involves adoption of an ordinance to reduce the Glenshire Surcharge.
12 . Update on Status of Nevada County LAFCo and Consideration of a Professional Services
Agreement with Baracco and Associates
This item involves an agreement for professional services regarding the LAFCo Sphere of
Influence.

13. Discussion to Issue a Request for Qualifications to Auditing Firms for the Purpose of
Selecting Auditors to Perform the 2011 Annual Audit
This item involves a discussion about selection of an auditing firm to perform the 2011 annual
audit.
