P.O.Box 309 Truckee,Cali£ 96160 RE: Purchase Inquiry of P.U.D. owned property APN 4 19A50.41 Dear Peter: We are hereby requesting time at your next Board of Director's meeting on March 15ih to discuss the possible acquisition of property(reicrenced above)presently owned by the P.1J.D.. We wish to present the following proposals: PROPOSAL A: 25'X 262'of contiguous land to Parcel iI 19-450-30(referred as the"Alpenhoster projoct}all within the Sierra Pacific right of way(6550 sq. feeL). PROPOSAL B: The above plus an additional 25'—totaling 50' X 262'= 11,100 square feet.( 1250 sq,ft in the Sierra Pacific right of way and 5300 sq.ft.non right of way.) Our purpose for needing this additional land is two-fold: 1) '10 create a landscape barrier separating commercial zoned land from residential(town planning suggestion). 2) Meet or exceed FAR requirements for the Alpenhostel project. No structures will be built in this area: We will provide visual aids for the meeting.
