Wright, General Manager RECOMMENDATION: Receive this presentation and provide input to staff. BACKGROUND: Since 2022, Probolsky Research, LLC has conducted employee satisfaction surveys for the District to gain feedback from staff on job satisfaction, work environment, training and development opportunities, resources, pay, benefits and more. Each year, the results from the survey are shared with staff and used by leadership to assist in the District's strategies relating to our staff development and culture. ANALYSIS AND BODY: This informational workshop will present the results of our 2024 Employee Satisfaction Survey. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: District Code 1 .05.020 Objectives: 1. Responsibly serve the public. 2. Provide a healthy and safe work environment for all District employees. 3. Provide reliable and high quality water supply and distribution system to meet current and future needs. 4. Provide reliable and high quality electric supply and distribution system to meet current and future needs. 5. Manage the District in an environmentally sound manner. 6. Manage the District in an effective, efficient and fiscally responsible manner. District Code 1 .05.030 Goals: 1. Manage for Financial Stability and Resiliency 2. Environmental Stewardship: Create a sustainable resilient environment for all our communities. 3. Language English Length 6 minutes Data Collection Explained Interviews were conducted online, and participants were invited Target Respondents Truckee Donner Public Utility District employees by email. The online survey was accessible by computer, tablet, and smart phone. Survey Fielding April 8 - May 3, 2024 Security measures precluded individuals from completing the survey more than once.
