4. Consideration of a draft Negative Declaration relating to construction of the Mantis Valley
well transmission line
a) Consideration of authorizing staff to file the proposed Negative Declaration
and environmental initial study with the Office of the Nevada County Clerk
b) Consideration of authorizing staff to file the proposed Negative Declaration
and environmental study with responsible and interested agencies and with
the State Clearinghouse
c) Consideration of authorizing staff to publish a notice of public review period
and public hearing on the proposed Negative Declaration
5. Consideration of authorizing staff to solicit bids for:
a) The Martis Well building
b) Twenty-four inch pipe material
c) Installation of twenty-four inch pipe
d) Supply and installation of sixteen inch pipe
e) Purchase and installation of the Mantis Valley well pump
6. Interstate 80 Pipeline Rehabilitation:
a) Consideration of Contract Change Order No. 1
b) Consideration of resolution authorizing the acceptance of the project and
directing filing of the Notice of Completion
7. Discussion of the status of the District's broadband business planning process; possible
action

8. Discussion of the draft Water System Master Plan:
a) Status report
b) Consideration of scheduling a public hearing on the proposed Negative
Declaration.

the District's water connection and facilities fees.
