Part of that project is construction of a well building and transmission line to connect the well to our water distribution system. That transmission line and well building component must be submitted to the CEQA process. We have prepared and circulated a proposed negative declaration. A public hearing is scheduled for March 7, 2001. At the conclusion of the hearing we will not yet have completed the thirty-day comment period, so you will not be able to adopt the negative declaration.
