Review of the report on Ground Water Availability in the Martis Valley Ground Water Basin; possible action 6. Donner Lake water system: a) Consideration of a resolution declaring an emergency and authorizing staff to dispense with bidding on Donner Lake water system facilities i b) Consideration of a contract with Luhdorff& Scalmanini to perform engineering services c) Consideration of a contract with Garcia &Associates to perform services d) Consideration of approving a contract for replacement of the lake intake 7. Discussion of the Districts retail electric rates: a) Consideration of scheduling a public hearing b) Consideration of authorizing a letter to all District electric customers 8. Consideration of declaring certain District-owned land as surplus and offering it for sale in accordance with the provisions of applicable law 9.
