AGENDA
1. Call to order
2. Roll call.
3. Public input-This is time set aside for the public to address the board on any matter
not on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at
the time that item is considered.
PUBLIC HEARING - 7:00 (or as soon thereafter as possible)
4. A public hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving oral and/or written
comments from members of the public regarding the District's intent to adopt an
ordinance increasing the electric rates.
ACTION ITEMS
5. Consideration of a draft lease agreement for lease of space in the District
headquarters building to the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District
6. Consideration of an ordinance amending the District's retail electric rates.
7. Donner Lake water system
a) Status report
b) Consideration of draft joint trench agreements with Southwest Gas for
installation of water mains at Donner Lake
c) Consideration of calling for bids for a contractor to install water mains at
Donner Lake
d) Consideration of a proposal from Garcia and Associates to perform services
related to wetland issues at Donner Lake
e) Consideration of a contract change order related to installation of the new lake
intake facilities
f) Consideration of approving plans and specification and contract
documents and authorizing staff to solicit bids for replacement of the Southside
water storage tank at Donner Lake.

g) Consideration of continuing the emergency action relating to the Donner Lake
water system rehabilitation.
8. Consideration of approving plans specifications and contract documents for
modification of the 1-80 undercrossing near the Donner State park Interchange
9. Consideration of a contract for final design of the proposed broadband system.
10. Review of monthly staff reports

11. Conference with legal counsel —existing litigation pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9(a), pending litigation, two cases: TDPUD vs. USA Media and USA
Media vs. TDPUD.
