Transformers Bids have been opened and analyzed for the District's purchase of transformers. These transformers are required to meet our customer obligations and their purchase has been budgeted. Attached is a summary schedule of the bid information received. The schedule shows the description and quantity of transformers required, vendor name, quoted price, adjusted price, delivery time, and if they meet our specifications. The following factors were used in determining the successful bidder: adjusted price, adherence to our contract and specifications, and delivery time. As shown on the summary schedule, the quoted base price versus the price adjusted for losses can change the outcome of the bid. These padmount switches are required to meet our customer obligations and will be paid for by the customer or developer. Attached is a summary schedule of the bid information received. The schedule shows the description and quantity of switches required, vendor name, quoted price, delivery time, and any noted exceptions to our contract and/or specifications.
