Subject: Salary of General Manager
Attached is the salary schedule recently adopted by the Board for management and
exempt employees. Also included below is a salary survey covering the position of
General Manager. The last time my salary was adjusted was effective January 1, 2000,
so it has been two years since you reviewed by salary. I appreciate your willingness to
do so at this time.

Ordinance No. 2002-
Effecting a compensation adjustment for the General Manager
WHEREAS the Board of Directors deems it appropriate for the General Manager to receive a compensation
adjustment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Directors of the District that effective thirty days from
the date of passage of this ordinance the following action occur:
1. That the salary of the General Manager is set at$---------, effective January 1, 2002
2. That the District Clerk is directed to publish this ordinance in accordance with the laws of the State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District at a regular
meeting thereof duly called and held within said District on the 6th day of February, 2002, by the following roll
call vote:
