Resolution No. 2025 - 13
Commending Rob Clarke For His Years of Service
WHEREAS, Rob Clarke has been an employee of the District since July 12, 2004; and
WHEREAS, Rob has faithfully and diligently served the District as a Journeyman
Lineman, a Lead Lineman, and Electric Foreman; and
WHEREAS, during his over 20 years of employment at the District, Rob has exemplified
professionalism, expertise, leadership, and dedication of service to the community; and
WHEREAS, Rob was instrumental in the implementation of the ELF Fuse Project, a
critical safety upgrade to the District's Electric System, and oversaw the project from
conception to completion; and
WHEREAS, Rob has earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues, supervisors,
and community through his unwavering commitment to serving the community of
Truckee, his mentorship to his peers and commitment to safety; and
WHEREAS, Rob has served the Truckee community with a presence of distinction,
dedicating his career to maintaining and improving the District's electrical systems; and
WHEREAS, Rob has announced his retirement to be effective on May 9, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors wishes to express its heartfelt appreciation and
gratitude for the performance of Rob Clarke and for his many years of service to the
District and its customers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District as follows:
That Rob Clarke has the best of luck and happiness in his retirement; and that he be
commended for his invaluable contribution to the District and the Truckee community, for
his exceptional service which stands as a model for others to emulate and for the
friendship we continue to share with him.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility
District at a meeting held within said District on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 by the following
vote:
AYES: Murrell, Randall, Bender, Laliotis and Finn
