1. Call to Order
Meeting was called to order at 6:56 pm.
2. Roll Call
Directors Present: Finn, Laliotis, Murrell, and President Bender
Directors Absent: Randall
Employees Present: Brian Wright, Mike Salmon, Chad Reed, Jared Carpenter,
Jillian Steward, Steven Poncelet, Steven Gross, Neil Kaufman, Scott Crow, Xander
Thomassian, Allison McEneaney, Sarah Kraker
3. Changes to the agenda
No changes were made to the agenda.
4. Public Comment
No public comment was received.
ACTION ITEMS
5. Elect a President and a Vice President who are serving on the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District as officers for the TDPUD Finance Corporation
Brian Wright, General Manager, summarized the item. There were no public
comments.
President Bender nominated Christa Finn as President and Director Laliotis as
Vice President of the TDPUD Finance Corporation.
ACTION: President Bender moved to select Vice President Finn as
President and Director Laliotis as Vice President of the TDPUD Finance
Corporation for the next twelve (12) months, seconded by Director
Laliotis. The motion passed (4-0, Absent: Randall) by roll call vote.
ADJOURNMENT
Meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
