Home My WebLink About10 Surplus Property 9 Item # 10 Resolution No. 2002- 06 Directing that certain District owned assets be declared surplus property WHEREAS, the District owns the following assets hereto attached as Exhibit "A" and, WHEREAS, the above described assets and inventory are not necessary for the District's use; and WHEREAS, the District could dispose of the assets and utilize the funds from the sale of said assets for other purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors adopts the above recitals as its findings; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, for the reasons set forth above,the Board declares the above assets hereto attached as Exhibit "A", as surplus property; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the General Manager is directed to dispose of said property in accordance with District policy.
