1. Call to Order
Meeting was called to order at 7:16 p.m.
2. Roll Call
Directors Present: Courtney Murrell, Steve Randall, Jeff Bender, Vice President Tony
Laliotis and President Tony Laliotis
Staff in attendance: Brian Wright, General Manager; Scott Crow, Chief Information
Officer/IT Director/Assistant General Manager; Mike Salmon, Chief Financial Officer;
Jillian Steward, Director of Human Resources & Risk Management; TJ Dwyer, Water
Operations Manager; Trey Griffin, Senior Network & Systems Administrator; Alex
Spychalsky, Communications Project Manager; Martina Rochefort, District

ACTION ITEMS
6. Annual Election of Officers
Elect a President and Vice President who are serving on the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District Board of Directors as officers for the TDPUD Financing
Corporation.
ACTION: Motion made by Director Finn to elect Director Laliotis as
President and Director Murrell as Vice President, seconded
by Director Laliotis.
AYES: Murrell, Randall, Bender, Laliotis and Finn
NAYS: none
ABSTAIN: none
ABSENT: none
