1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District was called to order
at 11:35 a.m. in the TDPUD Board room by Vice President Warmerdam.
2. ROLL CALL Directors: Jeff Bender Joe Aguera, Bob Ellis, Vice President Warmerdam and President
Tony Laliotis (11:39 a.m.).
EMPLOYEES PRESENT: Michael Holley and Shanna Kuhlemier.
CONSULTANTS PRESENT— Steve Gross, District Counsel.
OTHERS PRESENT— none.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —was led by Michael Holley
4. CHANGES TO THE AGENDA— none.
5. PUBLIC INPUT
Vice President Warmerdam called for public comment.
Seeing none, Vice President Warmerdam closed public comment.
6. DIRECTOR UPDATE — none.
WORKSHOP
7. District Counsel, Steve Gross Provided Sexual Harassment Prevention Training as Required by Law.
Steve Gross provided a presentation and training.
Vice President Warmerdam called for public comment, there were none.
ADJOURNMENT- 1:36 p.m.
Director Bender moved, and President Laliotis seconded, that the Board adjourn the meeting at 1:36
p.m. The motion passed unanimously (5-0).
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 1:36 p.m. to the next
scheduled meeting of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District on July 18, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.
