FINANCE CORPORATION BOARD MEETING MINUTES
TDPUD BOARD ROOM, 11570 DONNER PASS ROAD, TRUCKEE, CA
6:00 PM, WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2024
1. Call to Order
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District
was called to order by President Bender at 7:20 p.m.
2. Roll Call
Directors Present: Aguera, Harris, Laliotis, Vice President Finn and President
Bender.
Directors Absent: None
Employees Present: Brian Wright, Chad Reed, Alex Spychalsky, Jillian Steward,
Michael Salmon, Scott Crow, Steven Gross, Steven Poncelet, Jared Carpenter,
Brian Yohn, Neil Kaufman, Allison McEneaney, Sarah Kraker.
3. Public Comment — There were no public comments on non-agenda items of the
Finance Corporation Board Meeting.
ACTION ITEMS
4. Elect a President and a Vice President who are serving on the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District as officers for the TDPUD Financing Corporation.
Brian Wright, General Manager, suggested delaying action until January 15, 2025,
when the new Board members are seated.
There were no public comments.
Following discussion, it was moved by Vice President Finn and
seconded by Director Harris to delay selecting a President and Vice
President who serve on the Truckee Donner Public Utility District as
officers for the TDPUD Financing Corporation until the new Board
members are seated at the rescheduled meeting of January 15, 2025. The
motion passed (5-0), by roll call vote.
ADJOURNMENT — MEETING ADJOURNED AT 7:22 PM.
