Department Heads will present on anticipated 2026 projects in their respective
areas.

The Board of Directors will review, discuss, and may provide direction on the
Facilities Master Plan.
7. UAMPS Amended and Revised Pooling Agreement
The Board of Directors will review, discuss, and may provide direction on a
Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems (UAMPS) Amended and Revised
Pooling Agreement.
8. Board Development
The Board of Directors will discuss and may provide direction on board
development and engagement.

A copy of the agenda packet is available for public review, during normal business hours, at the District
Administrative Office located at 11570 Donner Pass Road. Public participation is encouraged. The
meeting location is accessible to people with disabilities. Every reasonable effort will be made to
