8. Conduct Public Hearing Regarding Adoption of the Truckee Water System 2025
Urban Water Management Plan
Conduct a Public Hearing and consider adoption of the Truckee Water
System 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP).

Consider approval of the May 6, 2026 Board Meeting Minutes
10. Treasurer's Report, June 2026
Consider Approval of the Treasurer's Report for June 2026 including:
a. Fund Balances for the Month of March 2026
b. Disbursements for the Month of April 2026
11. Consideration of a Contract With Industrial Electrical Company for Electric Motor
Repair Services
Authorize the General Manager to execute a contract and associated
documents with Industrial Electrical Company for water utility electric motor
repair services for a total amount not to exceed $90,000.
12. Consideration of Annual Resolutions for Special Tax: Gray's Crossing and Old
Greenwood Communities Facilities Districts
a) Adopt Resolution 2026-10 requesting Nevada County to collect the special
taxes for the Gray's Crossing 04-1 Community Facilities District; and
b) Adopt Resolution 2026-11 requesting Nevada County to collect the special
taxes for the Old Greenwood 03-1 Community Facility District.
13. Consideration of Appointing Brian Wright as Northern California Power Agency
(NCPA) Commissioner Appointment
Appoint Brian Wright, General Manager, as the District's designee for
Northern California Power Agency (NCPA) Commissioner.
ACTION ITEMS
14. Consideration to Accept the Audited Financial Report for FY25.
Accept the Audited Financial Report for the fiscal year ending December 31,
2025 and direct staff to file the record.
15. Consideration to Approve the District's 2025 Water Utility Annual Consumer
Confidence Reports
Review the Truckee Donner Public Utility District's Main System and
Hirschdale System's 2025 Water Quality Consumer Confidence Reports and
provide feedback to staff and direct staff to file with the State Water Resource
Control Boards.
16. Consideration of Approval of a 2026 Q1 Power Cost Adjustment of$0.0019
charge per kWh Billed in June 2026, July 2026, and August 2026.
Approve the Power Cost Adjustment for 2026 Q1 of$0.0019 charge per kWh
billed in June 2026, July 2026 and August 2026.
17. Consideration of a Multi-Year Support Contract for Firewalls with ePlus
Authorize the General Manager to execute a 3-year support contract and
associated documents for District firewalls with ePlus using a joint purchasing
agreement in the amount of$261,651.44.

18. Presentation of the District New Website Design
Receive this report and provide input and direction to staff.
