Each speaker will be limited to three minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any given subject.) This item provides time for each Department to update the Board of Directors. They are intended to be acted upon by the Board without additional discussion. Fund Balances for the Month of April 2026 b. Disbursements for the Month of May 2026 10. Consideration of a Contract with Teichert Rock Products for Aggregate Materials and Asphalt Purchase Authorize the General Manager to execute a procurement contract and associated documents with Teichert Rock Products for the purchase of aggregate and asphalt materials for a total amount not to exceed $150,000. 11. Consideration of a Professional Services Contract with Rincon Consultants for Required Greenhouse Gas Verification Services in Accordance with the California Air Resources Board Mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting Regulation. Authorize the General Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Rincon Consultants for the required Greenhouse Gas Verification Services in accordance with the California Air Resources Board's Mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting Regulation in the amount of $20,000, plus a ten percent change order allowance of$2,000, for a total authorization not to exceed $22,000. Consideration of Electric Construction Services Contract with Herman Weissker, Inc for Northwoods South System Hardening Project Authorize the General Manager to execute a construction services contract and associated documents with Herman Weissker Power, Inc for the Electric - Northwoods South System Hardening Project in the amount of$1,595,036, plus a 10% change order authorization of$159,504, for a total construction contract amount not to exceed $1,754,540. 13. Consideration of a Construction Services Contract with Herman Weissker, Inc for the Pole and Anchor Hole Excavation on the Ski Slope System Hardening Project Authorize the General Manager to execute a construction services contract and associated documents with Herman Weissker Power, Inc for Pole and Anchor Hole Excavation Services in the amount of$376,349, plus a 10% change order authorization of $37,635, for a total construction contract budget not to exceed $413,984. 14. Consideration of Authorizing the General Manager to Execute the Agreement Regarding APN# 019-770-002-000. a. Determine that the waiver of current Penalty and Interest for APN# 019- 770-002-000 agreement complies with the requirements of Government Code section 53340(f); and b. Authorize the General Manager to execute the Agreement regarding APN# 019-770-002-000; accepting full payment for all installment special tax amounts past due, in exchange for waiving current Penalty and Interest amounts 15. Consideration of Authorizing the General Manager to Execute the Agreement Regarding APN# 043-010-005-000. a. Determine that the waiver of current Penalty and Interest for APN# 043- 010-005-000 agreement complies with the requirements of Government Code section 53340(f); and b. Authorize the General Manager to execute the Agreement regarding APN# 043-010-005-000; accepting full payment for all installment special tax amounts past due, in exchange for waiving current Penalty and Interest amounts.
