PUBLIC HEARING -7:00 (or as soon thereafter as possible)
4. A public hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving written and/or oral comments from
members of the public regarding the District's intent to adopt a Negative Declaration relating to
construction of water lines to serve the Donner Tract.
5. A public hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving written and/or oral comments from
members of the public regarding a proposed ordinance establishing a$10.75 monthly water rate
component for customers in the Glenshire water system.

e)Adoption of a finding that the draft documents circulated and the Negative Declaration
reflect the District's independent judgment
