OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
COMPENSATION ADJUSTMENT FOR
THE GENERAL MANAGER
WHEREAS , compensation for the General Manager has not yet been adjusted for
1988; and
WHEREAS, the District Board of Directors deems it advisable and appropriate
to adjust the General Manager's compensation in a manner similar to that of
the District's other management employees; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. That the General Manager be entitled to the same paid holidays, health
insurance benefits, disability insurance benefits, sick leave and
reimbursement of expenses as outlined in his contract with the District.
2. That, effective January 1 , 1988, the District contribute an amount
equal to 8% of the General Manager's salary to the ICMA Deferred
Compensation Plan.
3. That the General Manager be entitled to longevity pay as outlined for
�^ other District employees.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public
Utility District at a meeting duly called and held within said District on
the 21ST day of March 1988 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Aguera, Maass, Sutton, White and Corbett.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
