BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the District General Manager is authorized to take all steps necessary in order to accomplish the transfer of such surplus property to the Truckee Donner Recreation and Park District, and is authorized to execute any bills of sale or related documents of transfer. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District duly called and held in said District on the 6th day of June, 1988, by the following roll call: AYES: Aguera, Maass, Sutton, White and Corbett.
