OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
FROM WILLIAM AND ROSE MC CARTHY
WHEREAS , an easement has been provided by William and Rose McCarthy for the
purpose of constructing, operating, and maintaining any and all overhead
and underground electrical and water conveyance facilities and all
appurtenances thereto, over AP# 19-350-25 (also known as Unit 1 , Lot 91 ,
Sierra Meadows): and
WHEREAS, District Counsel has reviewed the easement grant deed and
determined that it is acceptable and ready for recording;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1 . To accept the easement over AP #19-350-25 for purposes described
in the easement grant deed signed by William and Rose McCarthy, a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. That the Clerk of the Board be directed to record the easement
with the County of Nevada.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District duly called and held in said
District on the 15th day of August 1988 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Aguera, Sutton, White and Corbett.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Maass.

The following described easement situated in the County of Nevada, State
of California:
ONE EASEMENTS TEN (10) FEET IN WIDTH for purposes of constructing, opera-
ting,and maintaining any and all overhead and underground electrical and
water conveyance facilities and all appurtenances thereto, including the
right to do all things necessary for the construction, operation, and
maintenance of the facilities and easement, including, but not Limited to a
right of ingress and egress, a right to temporarily store equipment and
materials, to excavate, to drive vehicles over. to place markers on, to
survey, to inspect and repair, to re-excavate for the purposes of inspection
and repair, and to remove rocks, boulders, trees, and plant life in the
course of excavation or re-excavation; SAID EASEMENT IS SITUATE. within that
certain parcel of ground described in a deed as Lot 91 of Sierra Meadows,
Number 1, filed in Book 2 of maps, at Page 79, Nevada County, California,
ALSO SITUATE within the South Half of Section 14, Township 17 North, Range
16 Fast, M.D.M.: THE CENTF,RLINF.S OF SAID EASEMENTS are more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast property corner of said Lot 91, thence from said
Point of beginning along the southerly property line of said Lot 91 South
57 39"48" West 34.71 feet to the true point of beginning of this descrip-
tion. Thence from true point of beginning North 44 35'48" West 101.18 feet
more or less, to the intersection of the northerly property line. The
sidelines of said easement shall he lengthened or shortened as required, so
as to terminate at the property lines.
