RESOLUTION NO. 8826
OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
FROM THE TAHOE TRUCKEE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, an easement has been provided by the Tahoe Truckee Unified
School District for the purpose of constructing, operating, and
maintaining any and all overhead and underground electrical and
water conveyance facilities and all appurtenances thereto, over
AP#18-570-22; and
WHEREAS, District Counsel has reviewed the easement grant deed and
determined that it is acceptable and ready for recording;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. To accept the easement over AP#18-570-22 for purposes
described in the easement grant deed signed by Francis
Mulholland on behalf of the Tahoe Truckee Unified School
District, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
2. That the Clerk of the Board be directed to record the
easement with the County of Nevada.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors
of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District duly called and held
within said District on the 19th day of September, 1988 by the
following roll call vote.
AYES: Aguera, Sutton, White and Corbett.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Maass.

hereby grants to
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
the following described easement situated in the County of
Nevada, State of California:
TWO EASEMENTS FIFTEEN (15) FEET IN WIDTH for purposes of
constructing, operating, and maintaining any and all overhead and
underground electrical and water conveyance facilities and all
appurtenances thereto, including the right to do all things
necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the
facilities and easement, including, but not limited to a right of
ingress and egress, a right to temporarily store equipment and
materials, to excavate, to drive vehicles over, to place markers
on, to survey, to inspect and repair, to re-excavate for the
purposes of inspection and repair, and to remove rocks, boulders,
trees, and plant life in the course of excavation or re-
excavation; SAID EASEMENTS ARE SITUATE within that certain parcel
of ground described in a deed filed in Book 291 of Official
Records, at Page 161, Nevada County, California, ALSO SITUATE
within the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 17 North,
Range 16 East, M.D.M.; THE CENTERLINES OF SAID EASEMENTS are
more particularly described as follows:
EASEMENT NO. 1: COMMENCING AT A POINT situate on the south
right-of-way line of Donner Pass Road, a County Road, from which
the Northwest Corner of that certain 75 foot by 175 foot parcel
shown and designated as "Truckee Fire Protection Dist." on that
certain map filed in Book 6 of Surveys at Page 63, Nevada County,
California, bears North 89026'15" East 42.07 feet; THENCE FROM
SAID POINT OF COMMENCEMENT, leaving said right-of-way line and
following said easement centerline, South 11041'00" East 212.53
feet; thence South 840361000 East 131.00 feet to the end of
said 15 foot easement centerlines the sidelines of said easement
at the point of commencement being lengthened or shortened as may
be required to terminate on said south right-of-way line of
Donner Pass Road.

EASEMENT NO. 2: COMMENCING AT A POINT situate on the south
line of that certain 75 foot by 175 foot parcel shown and
designated as "Truckee Fire Protection Dist." on that certain map
filed in Book 6 of Surveys at Page 63, Nevada County, California,
from which the southeast corner thereof bears North 890261150
East 12.00 feet; THENCE FROM SAID POINT OF COMMENCEMENT,
leaving said south parcel line and following said easement
centerline, South 000031000 West 40.19 feet to the end of said
15 foot easement centerline at a point situate on the centerline
of easement number 1, described above; the sidelines of said
easement at the point of commencement being lengthened or
shortened as may be required to terminate on said south parcel
line.
