- - ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM
ESTABROOK, PIERCE AND FOWLE
WHEREAS, an easement has been provided by Ron and Clara Estabrook,
Larry and Pamela Pierce, and Michael Fowle for utility purposes
over Assessor's Parcel Numbers 80-060-69, 80-060-70, 80-300-28, 80-
060-67 and 80-060-68; and
WHEREAS, District Counsel has reviewed the easement grant deed and
determined that it is acceptable and ready for recording;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. To accept the easement over Assessor's Parcel Numbers
80-060-69, 80-060-70, 80-300-28, 80-060-67 and 80-060-68
for purposes described in the easement grant deed signed
by Ron and Clara Estabrook, Larry and Pamela Pierce, and
Michael Fowle, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
2. That the Clerk of the Board be directed to record the
easement with the County of Placer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors
of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District duly called and held
within said District on the 3rd day of October, 1988 by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Maass, Sutton and Corbett.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Aguera and White.

GRANT DEED
FOR PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Ron and
Clara Estabrook, Larry and Pamela Pierce, and Michael Fowls,
do hereby GRANT to the TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT the real property
in the community of Truckee, County of Placer, State of California, being por-
tions of Assessor's Parcel Numbers 80-060-69 (Estabrook), 80-060-70 (Estabrook),
80-300-28 (Pierce), 80-060-67 (Fowls), and 80-060-68 (Fowls), legally described
as follows:
An easement 10 feet in width for utility purposes over, on, under
and across a strip of land ten (10.00) feet in width over a portion
of the north half of the northwest one quarter of the northeast one
quarter of Section 22, T17N, R16E, M.D.M., also being a portion of
Parcel "A" of Parcel Map No. 72712 filed in Book 13 of Parcel Maps,
Page 122, Placer County Official Records, being more particularly
described as follows:
A strip of land 10 feet in width lying 5 feet on each side of the
following described centerline:
Beginning at a point on the west line of said Parcel "A" from which
the north one quarter corner of said section bears north 00°54'45"
East 519.84 feet, said point being the approximate westerly terminus
of the adjusted lot line common to Parcels "A" and "B" per Placer
County Minor Boundary Line Adjustment Resolution No. 7912, more
particularly described in Correctory Deed recorded at Book 2860,
Page 361, September 6, 1985, Placer County Official Records, thence
North 67°44'28" East 497.06 feet thence, North 65°37'48" East 515.65
feet to the east line of said Parcel "A", the sidelines of said 10
foot easement to be lengthened or shortened to terminate at said
east line.
