RESOLUTION NO. 8527
OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ACCEPTING REAL PROPERTY
— WELLS A AND B —
WHEREAS , conveyance of the real property upon which Wells A and B
are located is essential prior to the District making any
improvements to the facilities ; and
WHEREAS , Dart Resorts Inc . has presented to the District a
quitclaim deed for real property commonly known as Assessor ' s
Parcel No . 14 1ff7;0_42..f', upon which Wells A and B are situated ;
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows :
1 . To accept the quitclaim deed from Dart
Resorts Inc. and Western Title Insurance
Company for the real property situated in the
County of Nevada , State of California ,
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto on
which Wells A and B are located .
2 . That the Deputy District Clerk of the
District record the herein described deed for
real property with the County of Nevada on
behalf of the District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District at a meeting duly called and held in said
District on the 15th day of July , 1985 , by the following roll call
vote :
AYES : Cooley , Corbett , Hamilton and Maass.
NOES: None .
ABSENT: Duffy.

By this instrument dated July /Z, 1985, for valuable consideration,
DART RESORTS INC. , a Delaware Corporation and
WESTERN TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, a Corporation,
do hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim to
THE TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
the Real Property located in the State of California, County of Nevada,
and described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, and do further hereby release and forever quitclaim to
THE TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
all equipment, fixtures, and other personal property located on the Real
Property described on Exhibit "A", including, but not limited to, all
pipes, pumps, pump housings, and any such other and similar personal
property located on and used in connection with the Real Property.
The Real Property and personal property referred to herein are transferred
in their "as-is" condition, without warranty as to condition, fitness,
potability of water or title.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporations have executed these presents by
their officers thereunto duly authorized this VZ%-day of July, 1985.
