OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEEDS FROM
EAGAN, KIM AND STINE
- AP NOS. 19-380-31, 19-380-30 AND 19-380-10
WHEREAS, the Truckee Donner Public Utility District has determined
the need to obtain an easement deed for an existing overhead power
line located in the Prosser Heights area; and
WHEREAS, the involved property owners have agreed to provide the
necessary easements to the District; and
WHEREAS, District Counsel has reviewed the easement deeds and "
determined that they are acceptable and ready for recording;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. That the District accept the easement deeds from
Kathleen B. Eagan over AP# 19-380-31, from Kyong Ok Kim
over AP# 19-380-30, and from O. B. Stine Corporation over
�.- AP# 19-380-10, copies of which are attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
2. That the Clerk of the Board be directed to record the
deeds with the County of Nevada.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors
of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District duly called and held
within said District on the 2nd day of January 1990 by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Aguera, Corbett, Curran, Sutton and Maass.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.

FOR PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, O.B. Stine Corporation, an Illinois Corporation,
"GRANTOR", does hereby grant to the TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY
DISTRICT, "GRANTEE" an easement, Ten (10) feet in width, within the
County of Nevada, State of California, being a portion of.
Assessor's Parcel Number 19-380-10.
The North line of said easement is described as follows:
The North line of the South half of the Northwest quarter of the
Northeast quarter of section 3, T. 17 N. , R. 16 E. , M.D.M.
The easement granted herein is a right to construct, operate, and
maintain underground electrical facilities.
The easement granted herein includes a right to do all things
necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of said
underground electrical facilities and easement, including but not
limited to a right of ingress and egress, a right to temporarily
store equipment and materials, to excavate, to drive vehicles over,
to place markers on, to survey, to inspect and repair, and to
remove rocks, boulders, trees, and plant life in the course of
excavation or re-excavation.
The easement granted herein includes the right to temporarily
encroach on the real property within five ( 5) feet of the outside
boundary of the ten (10) foot easement granted herein for the
purpose of the construction, operation, and maintenance of the
facilities and the easement, and the right to temporarily do all
,... things necessary therefore, as provided above.

FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Kathleen B. Eagan ,
` "GRANTOR", does hereby grant to the TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, "GRANTEE" an
easement, Five (5) feet in width, within the County of Nevada, State of California, being
a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 19-380-31.
The north line of said easement is described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of parcel 2, as shown on the parcel map filed on November
8, 1972 in Book 3 of parcel maps, at page 201; thence from said point of beginning south 880
54153" west 707.76 feet to the point of ending.
The westerly three hundred and forty (340) feet of said easement is exclusively for the
purpose of underground electrical facilities.
The easement granted herein is a right to construct, operate, and maintain electrical
facilities.
The easement granted herein includes a right to do all things necessary for the construction,
operation, and maintenance of the electrical facilities and easement, including but not
limited to a right of ingress and egress, a right to temporarily store equipment and
materials, to excavate, to drive vehicles over, to place markers on, to survey, to inspect
and repair, and to remove rocks, boulders, trees, and plant life in the course of excavation
or re-excavation.
The easement granted herein includes the right to temporarily encroach on the real property
within five (5) feet of the outside boundary of the five (5) foot easement granted herein
for the purpose of the construction, operation, and maintenance of the facilities and the
easement, and the right to temporarily do all things necessary therefore, as provided above.
