TRUCREE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ACCEPTING EASEMENTS FROM
MOUNTAIN PROPERTIES, INCORPORATED
WHEREAS, a 10 'easement over Assessor's Parcel Number 18-790-19 and
blanket easements covering the easterly halves of Assessor's Parcel
Numbers 18-790-19 and 18-790-20 have been provided by Mountain
Properties, Incorporated for public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, District Counsel has reviewed the easement grant deeds and
determined that they are acceptable and ready for recording;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. To accept the 10' easement over Assessor's Parcel
Number 18-790-19 for purposes described in the easement
grant deed signed by Beth Ray, Vice President of Mountain
Properties, Incorporated, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
�.., 2 . To accept the blanket easement over Assessor's Parcel
Numbers 18-790-19 and 18-790-20 for purposes described
in the easement grant deed signed by Beth Ray, Vice
President of Mountain Properties, Incorporated, a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
3 . That the Clerk of the Board be directed to record the
easements with the County of Nevada.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors
of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District duly called and held
within said District on the 18th day of September 1989 by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Aguera, Corbett, Sutton, White and Maass.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.

GRANT DEED
FOR PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, MOUNTAIN PROPERTIES, INCORPORATED, A NEVADA
CORPORATION, "GRANTORS", do hereby grant to the TRUCKEE DONNER
PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, "GRANTEE" blanket easements, within the
County of Nevada, State of California, said easements covering the
easterly halves of Assessor's Parcel Numbers 18-790-19 and 18-790-
20, said easements being legally described as follows:
Assessor's Parcel No. 18-790-19
The East half of North half of the Southwest quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 4, Township 17 North, Range 16 East,
M.D.M. , excepting therefrom all that portion described in the deed
recorded December 16, 1982, Instrument No. 82-29867 from Donald W.
\ Jacobs to Miriam H. Jacobs.
Assessor's Parcel No. 18-790-20
The East half of all that portion of the Northeast quarter of
Section 4, Township 17 North, Range 16 East, M.D.M. being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Parcel No. 18-790-19 from
which the North quarter corner of said Section 4 bears North 000
29 ' 26" West 1726.83 feet; thence from said point of beginning
North 000 29' 26" West 336.81 feet; thence North 880 22 ' 29" East
1335.26 feet; thence South 000 24 ' 52" West 339.20 feet; thence
South 88c' 28' 16" West 1329.86 feet to point of beginning.
The easement granted herein is a right to construct, operate, and
maintain electrical and water facilities.

The easement granted herein includes a right to do all things
necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the
electrical and water facilities and easement, including but not
limited to a right of ingress and egress, a right to temporarily
store equipment and materials, to excavate, to drive vehicles over,
to place markers on, to survey, to inspect and repair, and to
remove rocks, boulders, trees, and plant life in the course of
excavation or re-excavation.
The easement granted herein shall be of a temporary nature, and
will be abandoned upon approval and acceptance by the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District of a permanent easement for the
purpose of operation and maintenance of electric and water
facilities. The permanent easement shall be 30 feet in width, the
centerline of which shall be the extended facilities.

FOR PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, MOUNTAIN PROPERTIES, INCORPORATED, A NEVADA
CORPORATION, "GRANTORS", do hereby grant to the TRUCKEE DONNER
PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, "GRANTEE" an easement, ten feet (101 ) in
width, within the County of Nevada, State of California, being a
portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 18-790-19, said easement being
legally described as follows:
All that real property situated in the County of Nevada, State of
California, also being a portion of the Northeast one quarter of
Section 4, Township 17 North, Range 16 East, MDM. Also being a
portion of Parcel 2, as shown on that Certain Record of Survey
filed in Book 8 of surveys at Page 254, recorded in the Office of
the Recorder of the County of Nevada, State of California, and
being more particularly described as follows:
An easement for utilities purposes over a strip of land 10 feet in
width, the Northerly and Easterly line of which is parallel and
concentric with and 12.50 feet Southerly and Westerly of the below
described centerline.
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Parcel 2 as shown on that
certain Record of Survey, filed in Book 8 of Surveys at Page 254
recorded in the Office of the Recorder, Nevada County, California.
Thence, along the Northerly line of Said Parcel 2,
N 880 28' 18" E for 469.74 feet to the true point of beginning for
this description. Thence, S 600 40' 54" E for 79.54 feet to the
beginning of a 175 foot radius curve to the right. Thence,
Southeasterly, following along the arc of said curve, through a
Central angle of 46c' 30 ' 0011, for an arc distance of 142.03 feet
to the end of said curve. Thence S 1V 10 ' 54" E for 159.00 feet
to the beginning of a 100 foot radius curve to the right. Thence,
Southeasterly, following along the arc of said curve, through a
central angle of 1410� 08' 42" for an arc distance of 24. 69 feet to
the end of said curve. Thence, S 0" 02 ' 12" E for 5.55 feet to _.

the Southerly line of said parcel and the end of said centerline
description, from which point the Southwest corner of said Parcel
2 bears S 88' 34 ' 06" W for 662.23 feet.
The sidelines of the above described utilities easement shall be
lengthened or shortened so as to terminate at property lines.
The Meridian of this description is identical to that shown in Book
8 of Surveys at Page 254 recorded in the Office of the Recorder,
County of Nevada, California.
The easement granted herein is a right to construct, operate, and
