OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
DESIGNATING THE DISTRICT CIVIL ENGINEER AS DISTRICT ENGINEER
(SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS) FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT PURPOSES AND
DESIGNATING THE OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT CIVIL ENGINEER AS THE OFFICE
OF THE DISTRICT ENGINEER (THE OFFICE OF THE SUPERINTENDENT, OF
STREETS) FOR SUCH PURPOSES
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1989-1
(HIRSCHDALE)
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public
Utility District proposes to undertake the above-entitled
proceedings pursuant to appropriate special assessment and
assessment bond acts for the acquisition and financing of public
improvements in the District; and
WHEREAS, the special assessment and assessment bond acts impose
certain duties upon the District Engineer (Superintendent of
Streets) ; and
WHEREAS, the District has not designated or appointed any person
�^ as District Engineer (Superintendent of Streets) ; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the special assessment and assessment bond
acts, this Board may, by resolution, appoint a person or designate
an officer to perform the duties imposed upon the District Engineer
(Superintendent of Streets) pursuant thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. That the District Civil Engineer be, and is, hereby
designated as the person to perform the duties imposed
upon the District Engineer (Superintendent of Streets)
in proceedings being conducted by this Board pursuant to
special assessment and assessment bond acts and all of
the provisions of such acts applicable to the District
Engineer (Superintendent of Streets) shall apply to the
District Civil Engineer.
2. That the office of the District Civil Engineer be, and
it is hereby, designated as the office of the District
Engineer (office of the Superintendent of Streets) for
all such purposes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee -Donner
Public Utility District at a meeting duly called and held within
the District on the 2nd day of October, 1989, by the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Corbett, Sutton, White and Maass.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Aguera.
