OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
AFFECTING A COMPENSATION ADJUSTMENT
FOR CERTAIN NON-BARGAINING UNIT EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, salaries for certain non-bargaining unit positions, namely the Administrative Services
Manager, Water Superintendent, Support Services Manager, Planning Director, Electric
Superintendent, Electrical Engineer and Executive Secretary have not been considered for
adjustment for 1995; and
WHEREAS, the District Board of Directors deems it advisable and appropriate that the individuals
filling these non-bargaining unit positions receive a wage adjustment because of the general
increase in the cost of living and, in the instance of the Administrative Services Manager and
Electrical Engineer positions, additional increases because of the work load, level of responsibility
of their positions and value to the District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public
Utility District as follows:
1. That the Water Superintendent, Support Services Manager, Planning Director,
Electric Superintendent and Executive Secretary receive a 2.5% wage increase
effective January 1, 1995.
2. That the Administrative Services Manager receive a 4.5% wage increase effective
January 1, 1995,
3. That the Electrical Engineer receive a 10.3% wage increase effective January 1,
1995.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District
at a meeting duly called and held within said District on October 2, 1995,
AYES: Aguera, Hemig, Maass and Jones.
NOES: Sutton.
ABSENT: None.
