Bills become delinquent 1,5 days from date of presentation. 5*k RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMXWt All 'bills for e"leetrie service and other shar►ges shall be billed to the person requesting and malting application for service; provided, however, that in the event of delinquency such rates or charges shall be billed to the owner of the premises afforded such service, whether or not such owner requested or made application for service. 5.5 DISPUT BILLS: In the event of a dispute 'between a, sus. tower and the District as to the correct amount of a bill rendered by the District for service furnished a custower, the customer shall deposit the amount billed with the Clerk of the District, and shall then proceed in accordance with Section 8 of this Ordinance. Failure to deposit said amount w1thin 20 dogs from the date of said bill shall warrant the District regarding it as a delinquent account. SECT I ON 6. No person shall allow any other type of Dwell;tng, Business place or Structure to be s ouneeUd to the premises upon which application for service has been made without written consent of the District and upon terms and conditions not forth. SECTION 9. APPEAL: AM person who shall be dissatisfied with any determination hereafter made under or pursuant to this ordinance, or any amendment thereof# or Rules and Regulations made pursuant thereto, nay at any time within 30 days after such determination (disputed bills provision excepted) appeal to the Board of Directors of said District by giving written notice .. 13 ..
