It was so carried. Correspondence was read under- date of April 28, 1963, from Attorney Harold Berliner, with a copy to Attorney Frandsen Loomis stating Mr. Berliners reasons- objecting to the lease and option as F drafted by Mr. Loomis . Ordinance 63-01 outlining time and place of election, offices to be voted on� election Precinct and election Board Members and hours of polling was read and passed upon by the following roll call vote. Ayes,-. Edmunds, Horman, Aweek.a, McIver, Greenhouse, Noes: None Alsent: None The board then suggested the following people for the election board. Inspector-Lucille Bick, Judge Donna Warnke, Anta Farrar, Bess Reid � Clerk-Barbara Grow, Manager Longo was instructed to contact these people fors their approval . Manager Longo advised a hearing would be held on April 16th, in Sacramento on Legislation Bill AB1869. Manager Longo advised George Erskine had contacted him by phone suggesting Mr. Kattan be permitted to bring the records up to date an once considered hydro generation he further,!suggested the district allocate $150.00 to his firm for this service. The Board felt this expenditure could not be justified and` directed Manager Longo to write Congressman Bizz Johnson at once urging an allocation of power from Washoe Project, Stampede Dam. Manager Longo advised that due to an oversight on proper rate the Cozzi Motel had been overcharged $29.03 in the past fiscal year, It was moved by Director McIver and second by Director Aweeka Cozzis Motel account be credited for overpayment. It was so carried. Manager Longo advised there was no report to be given on Hilltop Lodge, Fred Morris and H.H._ F.A. Application. Director Greenhouse advised- he will be gone 3 months starting the 24th of April. 1
