THERBFORE 8E IT RESOLVED, that for the purposes of pro ting harmony and efficiency among tote eMP10y00A of the Dis- trict, the Board of D ectOrs proposoo agca* and hereta set forth the following: CONDIT IONS OF RMI (Effective April le -1966) (a) Employees shall be classified an either regular or casual (temporary) . (b) A regular s layee is one w!ho has oomplsted eix months of continuous service with the District* (c) A casual (temporary) empla�ee is one fired for occasion al or •oasonal war or for a I itod tams. AMIM I imm (a) Employees, after one year of cont us service, shall be entitled to f ive days of sick leave with pay. (b) Employees, after two years of continuaue service, shall be entitled to ten days sick leave with pay. (c) After three years of continual employyment, an e loyee shall be entitled to accrue sick leave up to n maximum of thirty days. The -District may require satisfactory evidence of an employee's sickness or dis ility which shall be either certified by a doctor's verification or ' or other substantial proof.
