District met in regular meeting at the office of the D istrict on

Bonner Lake Lakeview Subdivision is not longer recuired for the
uses and purposes of Truckee Public Utility District , and
It is therefore ItESOLVLD that said real property srhall be
soli to Ignatius and Amett,a Firpo for the sum of "'200.00 and the
rresident of the Board of Directors of Truckee Public Utility
District and the Acting--Secretary of said Board are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute a deed to the premises descrit;ed .
