nt.alnh Emerson appeared before the Board at 3 : 15 p rn explaining
the difficulty he was having in fencing off the Donner Memorial-
Park area from our Meadow Lake Park area and asking for an ad-
justment of the pasture rental due, to the extra exrense involved.
It was moved and carried that the pasture rental for this season

to I.e used as office space by the District was read and it was
moved and carried that the same be submitted to our attorney
asking him to on- simplify the lease and pass anon the contents there-
of.
A communication was received from T L Chamberlain under date of
May 21 to which was attached copies of an agreement between the
District and R Joseph relative to encroachment of a building
across our right of way. The agreement was presented to the
Board and after consideration the following Resolution was
adopted :
RESOLUTION Sa**t 0 0
RE'OSOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Publ ic
Utility District that the attached agreement between Truckee
Public Utility- District and Richard Joseph covering encroachment
of a building owned by the said Richard Joseph across a right of
way owned by the said District is hereby approved, and
It is therefore RESOLVED that the President of the Foard
of Directors of Truckee Public Utility District and the Acting-
aecretary of said Board are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the agreement on behalf of the District.

In the matter of extension of water line into R. Joseph ' s new
su'rdivision also covered in communication dated t�ia;* 21 , referred

date of May 23 from Manager Edmunds was read and after some con-
siderable discussion it was moved and carried that the roard
endorse tY e outline of the terms set fort in Manager Edmund s
letter and await the submission of an agreement from P1r. Chamt:erlain
to t,e drawn up along the lines outlined, before the District
• would start extending; its water system into the new subdivision.

District recently held, Mir. Paul Hi Chamberlain had returned to him
codes of an agreement which had been drawn up relative to certain

had objected to signing this agreement wherein they agreed to
discontinue serving within the Districts original boundaries unless
the District was willing to turn over to the Sierra Pacific Power
Cam, our customer, (L' S Forest 'Service) whom at one time the District
served while outside of our boundaries. It was moved and carried
